Use of the service

By creating an account you agree to use Niche Sonar in accordance with these terms and our Acceptable Site Use Policy. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Data and accuracy

Opportunity insights are generated from public data using automated analysis and are provided “as is” for informational purposes. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
